We wish to inform you that the EU Reg. 2016/679 ("European Regulation on the protection of personal data") provides for the protection of persons and other subjects and respect for the processing of personal data. Pursuant to art. 13, therefore, we provide the following information:

Data controller

The Data Controller, pursuant to Article 28 of the Code regarding the protection of personal data, is B + M ASSOCIATI SRL, with headquarters in VIALE DUCA DEGLI ABRUZZI, 103 - 25124 BRESCIA (BS), Tel. 030/398499, e-mail: info@bmasrl.it, in the person of the legal representative.

Treatments carried out and purposes

B + M ASSOCIATI SRL would like to inform you that your data will be collected and processed for the following purposes:

- Execution of the contractual services detailed in the contract signed between the Parties;

- Implementation of administrative / accounting obligations (including regulatory obligations).

The treatments carried out with the aid of analogical / IT tools, in compliance with the provisions of art. 32 of the GDPR 2016/679 concerning security measures, by persons specifically appointed and in compliance with the provisions of art. 29 GDPR 2016/679, do not provide for the use of automated decision-making processes including profiling, referred to in Article 22, paragraphs 1 and 4, of EU Regulation no. 679/2016.

Legal basis of the processing

The processing is carried out on the basis of the existence of a contractual relationship between the Data Controller and the Data Subject and, in any case, the processing is necessary to achieve the legitimate interest of the Data Controller.

Provision of data

The provision of data is mandatory for the achievement of the aforementioned purposes and the non-availability of the same does not allow the fulfillment of the obligations mentioned above or the administrative and accounting management of the relationship.

Data communication and scope of dissemination

The data may be disclosed to the following categories of subjects, of which B + M ASSOCIATI SRL avails itself for the performance of certain activities functional to the provision of its services: Accounting firm for accounting / tax requirements; Payments banks; Law Firm in case of litigation; Public Administration for mandatory communications by law; Collaborators and employees, as part of their duties.

The data will not be disseminated.

Conservation Time

The data will be kept for the time necessary to perform the above purposes in compliance with the terms of the contract and the law. Specifically, fiscal and accounting data from the termination of the 10-year relationship.

Transferring personal data to a third country

Your data will not be transferred to outside the European Union.

Rights of the interested party

You are granted the right to ask the Data Controller to access your personal data and to correct or delete them, except for the expected exceptions, or the limitation of their treatment or objection to their treatment, in addition to the right to the portability of data.

Furthermore, the Data Controller will interrupt the processing when the communication of withdrawal of the previously expressed consent is received.

Complaint to the supervisory authority

The interested party has the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority in the event that their requests for information addressed to the Data Controller have not given satisfactory answers.

The reference Authority is the Guarantor for the protection of personal data.
