He was Born in Brescia in 1957.

He graduated in 1982 at the University Institute of Architecture in Venice (IUAV) and founded his own studio the same year.

Specialized in architectural and city planning, in many years of activity has faced many design aspects ranging from residential to tertiary directional and productive buildings, from the urban recovery of abandoned areas to the design of new settlements in areas of great landscape importance, as well as to the restoration of historic and monumental buildings.

He has held several positions: Chairman of the city Planning Commission of the City of Brescia, the Board of Directors Member of the ATO (Optimal Territorial)

of the Province of Brescia, Director of the Società Autostade Centro Padane.
