Residential complex consisting of two building blocks in free building for 44 apartments and a building for contracted construction of 32 apartments. The complex is organized in 3 factory buildings with contracted construction in a four-floor building, while the free one is made up of two five-level towers with four flats for each level and two penthouses on the attic floor. The basements have large common garages covered by private hanging gardens and a share of condominium green space. All flats have terraces in the living area located at the four corners of the building, accessible from corner windows to enjoy the best sunshine and panoramic views. The flat roof is equipped with an overhead cover over the last floor, whose aim is to shield for plant and photovoltaic panels.

COLLECTIVE RESIDENCE CENTER
The new structure has been designed for the reception of religious with new multifunctional halls, a chapel for the users and the headquarters of Profamiglia. The intervention involves the realization of two factory bodies: the first one organized on two levels for the reception and training activities of the Profamiglia Association; the second one is organized around a central courtyard and includes the accommodations, arranged on two floors with a-ground parking, thus becoming the hub of the Ecclesial community life.

COMPLEX 1
Residential complex of 56 flats consisting of three block building with central staircase.
Aligned along the road differ for heights and articulation of the plant, while maintaining a unified compositional image thanks to the plastered fronts or coated with gray stone slabs and lightened by the climbing of the last floor penthouses.
Particular notes are the full height windows, equipe with large loggias and terraces for each flat and the outdoor furnishings of the common areas with distribution paths with large green areas.

RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX 4
Residential complex of 54 flats consisting of four buildings of different height, one with direct access from the public road and the others with distribution served by a large central courtyard.
The building lot overlooks north on a small one public park with outdoor equipment and play areas while inside there are private gardens for ground floor flats.
The buildings are characterized by a very various typological offer and equipped with underground garage.
The coverings are flat, the fronts are defined by the alternation of treated parts on plaster and portions covered with brick ventilated wall with balconies characterized from a three-dimensional masonry frame.
